Hi! My name is Skyler, I created Serenity and Sage in the hopes of helping families find a village of support for the exciting journey of birth and postpartum. I have a passion for health and fitness that I spread across my whole practice. Welcome on this journey with me!

Postpartum package 3
Overnight package (customizable to preferences and budget)
One, 1 hour consultation to understand your needs
Overnight support includes 6 or 8 hour shifts, 1-3 days a week for the duration specified by parents
Overnight support includes only waking to feed, or bottle feeding, bottle cleaning and sterilizing, baby’s or family laundry, and dishes - complete overnight duties will be done by doula for parents to get rest

Placenta encapsulation $350.00
Placenta encapsulation is the process of turing the placenta into a supplement pill form for mom to take during the postpartum period

Postpartum core rehab
Rehabilitation of the core muscles - to help with diastasis recti, urine leakage, weak pelvic floor, or just overall strength of the core.
